Red sky and blue mountains.

Ruby pumps is the best freaking red EVAR! To me anyways it's so dang gorgeous. I used three coats of china glaze ruby pumps and cut up some pointy pieces of tape then I used two coats of china glaze Dorothy who for the so called mountains and topped of with some seche. I think it looks amazing in person way better than this old cow could capture, what do you think? and do you own ruby pumps? If not you dash gone should ha ha okay I'm done, I'm out.

My first Julep

   So I didn't plan on signing up for the Julep maven because I had heard some bad things, but when I saw on Tracy's blog the trace face philes that you get one box for a penny I couldn't resist. So I signed up and I got 2 polishes and a hand scrub and some samples for one penny. I think that's a pretty sweet deal, and today I tried my first one it's Demi and it's described as deep burgundy. I must admit I'm very impressed with the formula it's so smooth and silky and covers so nice it's easily a one coater, and I love the brush and found it very easy to use. Overall this is a win for me amazing formula and an amazing color. I hope I can afford to stay a julep maven but 20$ a month is kinda expensive for me so we will see. Have you tried Julep polishes yet? What are your thoughts?

Merry Christmas

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas with they're friends and family. I have to work today but at least I'm off tomorrow thank fully.  I didn't get to do anything to special to my nails for my Christmas party, but I think ( using Laura's awesome word) the muggles will find it pretty cool looking, so I'm satisfied. I used orly au champagne and orly winter wonderland and lynderella happy holo-daze and topped off with some Seche vite. Some more glitter tips

So busy no time to paint the nails, I had wanted to do some Christmas trees or some snowflakes but work and life has been so busy I haven't had anytime. But I did get to do a simple glitter tip mani while there were no customers at work, I hope I have time to do something nice for my family Christmas party but we will see. I used sinful colors this is it and color club gingerbread for this mani, ok well that's it for me hope your all doing well talk to you tomorrow hopefully.

I usually never have time to do more than one holiday manicure, so yes work has been kinda slow YES! I love it! people must be getting they're shopping on. Me thankfully I'm done with mine holiday shoppers are lunatics lol.

 So I went to Sally's for one polish and left with 4 shame shame I have no will power when it comes to polish. But I did get one for free, because if you purchased two orly holiday soirée you get a orly treatment for free. But the sales people didn't know what a treatment was, and they didn't believe me that it was the base coats and top coats and nail hardener stuff, so they gave me a free polish instead which is fine with me. So I used all 4 for this mani and my favorite is the winter wonderland it's such a beautiful polish and everyone should have it. Ok so if your lasted this long I reward you with pictures yay!

it's like trying to capture a shot of a snow leopard...

Snow angel has been my número uno lemming for a hot minute and I finally got it and even though it's absolutely gorg! I had a horrible time trying to capture it in picture. So even thought that's normal, I'm kinda upset I couldn't capture it's beauty hence the title. I remember seeing some nature show about how the snow leopard is really hard to photograph, and people spend months trying to. Ok enough rambling so for this mani (just in case anyone wants to know) I used orly au champagne from the holiday soirée collection which I seen another blogger do can't remember who, but they were right this color is beautiful and the perfect base for snow angel. And then I put snow angel on top. And for the accent nail I put another lynderella happy holo daze, which looks so pretty with a white base. I think that a whole mani like that will be my Xmas mani. So what do you lovely people think? I love it but that's because I can see it IRL, ok well bye bye for now sweet peeps.

Charla has a mermaid tail.

ha ha I know the title is silly but I couldn't come out with anything better please excuse my corny-ness. So I have on Zoya charla which my co worker said it looks like a mermaids tail. Then I used lynderella mercury's rainbow on top two coats and I think that definitely made it look even more like a mermaids tail, what do you think? Both polishes are a win for me so I'm a happy girl, ok well short one today, love ya mucho!

Hi there! Boy Christmas is inching it's way closer and closer not much longer now. I like the holidays but I don't like that my job plays Christmas songs all day don't get me wrong, I like them but in moderation please! NOT for 8 hrs a day for 5 days a week and in my case 6 days a week! Shit they are gonna drive a woman loco! So anywhoser I'm done venting about it lol. So today I tried my other Nicole by opi that I picked up the other day it's from the same holiday collection and it's called glitter in my stocking, I say yes please sure do love me some glittah, I do like it more in the bottle I think I'm just not really use to wearing gold but I tell you what it's very festive! Yes? No? Tell me what you think? ok bye for now sweet lovely friends.

Beautiful inside oddly shaped outside...

Nicole by opi has my least favorite bottles they are just so awkward, and they don't mingle well with the rest of my ladies in my polish rack so a color has to be really gorgeous to make me overlook the bottle shape. The color I have for you today is from there new holiday collection it's called orna-ment for eachother. I don't know if I like the name or not, what do you think? Well regardless I love the color, I picked up this one and the gold one too they were the only ones I was willing to break my no buy for shhh...
Anyway onto the pics, they are inside shots since today was gloomy but I found some decent light in my inventory room at work so I'm pretty happy with them and then I topped it with beautiful happy holo daze by lynderella, do you like? I do, I think it's a good Christmas mani. All right well later my lovelies I got to give my girlie a bath and head to bed it's freezing where I am hope you're keeping warm if it's cold for you too!

So I've been rocking naked nails for days I just moved and I broke all my nails and even cut up my fingers. So I didn't have time to paint them and give my cuticles some love, plus I didn't really have the urge to paint them, I don't mind nubbs I just prefer them a little longer, but I have acquired some new polishes including my precious new lynderellas so I had to get out of this funk. So my nubby nails equals vampy colors because I personally think dark colors look good on short nubby nails so I used color club rebel spirit from the back to boho collection and then I used lynderella the glittering crowd. Which is my new favorite glitter, it's so amazing it has so many different kinds and colors of glitter I don't even mind the bar glitter in it, it's just the best glitter evar! okay enough for my ranting I like this mani a lot except for the fact that I cleaned up a little too much, alright my lovely friends that's all I got for this fine tuesday hope your guys are good.

P.s I couldn't get a good sun shot so I have half decent inside shots I need to get an ott light and make a light box, Michaels had one on sale for 17.99$ on black Friday I need to see if they still got that going on.

Im back

Hello there! Wow I feel like it's been forever since I blogged I had a nice vacation but I'm so happy to be home. I sure did miss blogging and my friends and I missed my nice comfy bed, you never know how good something is till your away from it. So anyway the manicure I'm wearing today is a gradient that I sponged using the Milani holos digital, high res, and cyberspace then I put on fingerpaints sparkle top coat it's much prettier IRL than I could capture but that's to be expected. So I have a lot of catching up to do on my blog reading so I better get to it, ok talk to you later.

my first scheduled post

So I usually don"t schedule posts, and whatever mani I'm posting is usually the one im wearing. I post in real time if thats how I say it, I'm not too sure if thats accurate or not. So back to the point this is my first scheduled post and it's because I will be on a plane when this posts me and my family are going to visit family in rural new mexico I guess on a farm like setting so I dont know if I will be posting but maybe thats good it will be a real much needed vacation and I can maybe relax for once. I was in the pool!

Just some humor for my fellow seinfeld lovers!

 So yeah this was the first time that seche vite caused shrinkage to my mani, but it's all good I didn't really like it to much anyway.I had used china glaze metro chic and stamped with color club antiquated and then a funky French because the stamp was missing on some parts, but yeah that's about it, okay short one for me I be at work, lol. till later my friends.

So first off this is purple not blue. I wish purples didn't turn blue when you take pictures of them, it's so upsetting. Because this looks so pretty and purple IRL, so anyway I used color club pucci-licious and fingerprints sparkle top coat, I love me a good sparkle or shimmer and this ones no exception it's gorgeous. I got this one at Sally's, I think it's part of the holiday collection but Im not positive, okay well today's my day off and I feel a cold coming on so me and my daughter are going to just lay in bed all day, hope you have a good day too!

24 carats is a murderer! And sadly I'm her accomplice...

So it all started like this, see I put on two coats of the beautiful winterberry by sinful colors and boy what a beautiful color. So I had originally planned to stamp something, but I forgot the rubber stamp at home, so I just couldn't leave well enough alone. I figured oh I can try some of my new color icon glitters from wet n wild so I slapped on a nice layer of 24 carats, and it was all over winterberry was no more! Oh so sad, such a tragedy, I know I do not like what 24 did to my beautiful winterberry that's for sure! But I don't know if I will even like 24 at all, on anything. I don't own any bar glitter and I think this might be why, so there you have it that's explains my side of the story... Now onto the crime scene pics

Hello there friends! so I finally had time to hook myself up with a paint job, and I was inspired by a fellow blogger who I just adore she is so sweet and helpful and absolutely honest. If she doesn't like something she will tell you which is why I love her, I can always count on her for her honest opinion, and she doesn't like pink or glitter but it's okay I like that she is different! So can you guys guess who? Or if it's you can you tell I'm talking about you? FINGERS from fingers polish mania yes girl this post and mani is dedicated to you. I'm so happy to have met you blogging you always make me laugh, and I really enjoy reading your posts! If you don't already follow her I think you should check her out, okay so now onto the mani. I started out with opi warm & fozzie from the muppets collection and then I stamped with BM-223 and color club lumin-icent then I did fingers signature funky french with the same color, what do you think? I really like it, I love the colors together and warm & fozzie is a beautiful color and I'm glad I picked it up, okay talk to you lovely people later, have a wonderful day friends.
